Managing a homeowners’ association

Managing a homeowners’ association (known as a “community of property owners” in Spain) is a complex process. At Fincas Olivares, we take care of every last detail and ensure the approved minutes of every meeting of the general assembly are duly registered in a minutes book. We also attend every meeting of the general assembly in order to be able to offer property owners advice at all times and maintain impeccable accounting records. We like to think of ourselves as another property owner in the community, looking for the best solutions for their unit or home and seeking to defend their assets with the appropriate guarantees.

Real estate intermediation

• We will search for your new tenant using strict solvency criteria, guaranteeing the collection of rent in some cases, and draw up the rental contracts. We handle every last detail before and after handover of the property.
• We manage your real estate assets, from the smallest apartment to an entire building, to the highest professional standards. We are aware of your property’s investment or savings value, as real estate is often an inherited asset that is passed down from generation to generation.
• We manage your rental income, collections and payments. We prepare your tax returns and follow up on any rental arrears. We settle and document every operation punctually –on the first day of the month or every quarter– and take great care of what is yours.
